I Ask,as I Listen to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Singing the Qawwal?

"Tumhein Dillai bhool" whether this type of Muslim music is welcomed
by the other, perhaps more "strict" portions/sections of Islam? Is
this music heard only in Pakistan?
