What is the name of this Irish movie?

All I remember about the movie is this:
It is an Irish movie.
There was a girl in the beginning with scars on her back I think from
a car accident.
She moves in with a woman who tells her a story about another girl
There is a scene where a boy (he falls in love with the main
character) watches a woman give birth to a girl that is the main
character
She grows up and isn't allowed near the ocean because it'll drag her
in
She falls in love with a man. The tall dark kind. They drink in a
cemetery. I think they burn a house down.
He dies by drowning.
